Yes, with proper preparation. We require adequate overhead covering (12' x 12') for equipment protection, appropriate flooring for uneven terrain, and backup plans for severe weather. Generator equipment is available for $1,500 per day for venues lacking adequate power.

Logistics Requirements
AMPLIFY & CELEBRATE PACKAGES

One 110V standard outlet (for auxiliary equipment)

You must confirm power availability before signing and paying deposit

Minimum 12' x 12' dedicated service area with reliable Wi-Fi (50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload speeds). We also need vehicle parking within reasonable proximity and access to venue ice machines if available.

Events before 12:00 PM: Setup the evening prior (equipment remains overnight)
Events 12:00 PM or later: Morning setup with 3-hour access before service
We need 24-hour advance access for setup verification and loading zone access for 60-90 minutes

Venues must provide reasonable security measures when equipment remains overnight. Equipment theft constitutes force majeure and may result in service cancellation.
Service & Experience
AMPLIFY & CELEBRATE PACKAGES

We primarily use QR code ordering for efficiency and data collection. In-person orders significantly delay service as baristas must receive, document, then prepare beverages. We recommend communicating QR code expectations to guests when introducing our service.

While we accommodate in-person orders, wait times increase significantly during peak periods. Standard QR code service delivers beverages in 2-5 minutes, while mixed ordering can cause substantial delays.
