General Service Questions

  • We currently operate in the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia). This allows us to maintain our premium service standards and ensure reliable logistics for your events. Contact us to discuss specific venue locations within our service area.

  • We're not just coffee catering—we're strategic experience designers. Our AMPLIFY package transforms coffee service into a marketing platform that generates sponsorship revenue and qualified leads. Our CELEBRATE package elevates luxury events with sommelier-level coffee curation and aesthetic integration that matches your celebration's sophistication.

  • We use professional-grade 2-group Eagle One espresso machines with multi-boiler systems and premium Mahlkönig grinders. This equipment delivers coffee quality that exceeds most hotel cafes and ensures consistent excellence throughout your entire event.

  • We can accommodate events from 75 to over 1,000 guests. Our standard service includes a minimum of 2 professional baristas, with additional specialists available for larger events ($500 per additional barista per day).

  • Yes—we supply all equipment, coffee, supplies, materials, ice, setup, and breakdown. You only need to provide power and space.

  • We maintain $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability insurance per occurrence and can provide certificates naming you and your venue as additional insured parties.

CORPORATE & STRATEGIC EVENTS

  • Our interactive calculator shows realistic scenarios, but typically clients see 2.5x to 6x their investment returned through premium sponsorship opportunities. We transform basic coffee sponsorships into comprehensive marketing platforms worth significantly more to sponsors.

  • Based on industry benchmarks, expect 8-18% of guests to convert to qualified leads. Our digital ordering system captures company information and job titles, while our trained baristas engage in strategic conversations that identify prospects familiar with your brand or create interest among new contacts.

  • Within 72 hours of your event, you'll receive comprehensive analytics including engagement metrics, lead qualification reports, demographic analysis, and geographic distribution for territory planning. All data is captured through our digital ordering platform and strategic guest interactions.

  • Absolutely. We can collaborate directly with your sponsors (optional) to optimize branding integration and value proposition development, or work from publicly available materials. Our goal is maximizing sponsor satisfaction and future investment.

  • During natural lulls in service, our baristas engage guests in organic conversations about their industry roles and familiarity with your products or services. This creates positive brand associations through the premium coffee experience—remarketing disguised as hospitality.

CELEBRATE Package

LUXURY WEDDINGS & CELEBRATIONS

  • CELEBRATE is designed specifically for high-end celebrations requiring sommelier-level curation and aesthetic sophistication. We coordinate with wedding planners, match your celebration's color scheme and theme, and maintain luxury service standards throughout.

  • Yes—including our popular espresso martini on-tap (available for celebrations after 1:00 PM), custom coffee cocktails incorporating your theme colors, and personalized beverage modifications with elegant presentation details.

  • We conduct comprehensive pre-celebration consultations with your wedding planner, coordinate equipment placement to preserve ambiance, work with florists and decorators on aesthetic integration, and time our service with your celebration flow.

  • Yes, with proper preparation. We require adequate overhead covering (12' x 12') for equipment protection, appropriate flooring for uneven terrain, and backup plans for severe weather. Generator equipment is available for $1,500 per day for venues lacking adequate power.

  • This optional enhancement ($1,000 or complimentary for celebrations over $15,000) includes a private 1-hour tasting session for up to 8 celebration hosts, education about coffee origins and flavor profiles, and take-home samples of your selected celebration coffee.

Pricing & Investment

AMPLIFY & CELEBRATE PACKAGES

  • Pricing varies based on guest count, event duration, and specific requirements. Contact us for detailed quotes tailored to your specific event. All pricing excludes taxes and has 14-day validity.

    • 25% non-refundable commitment deposit upon contract execution

    • Remaining 75% due 30 days before your event

    • 30+ days: Forfeit deposit only

    • 15-29 days: 50% of total investment

    • 0-14 days: 75% of total investment

    • Rescheduling: 10-25% fee depending on notice given

  • Potential extras include:

    • Additional baristas for large events ($500 per barista per day)

    • Generator equipment for outdoor venues ($1,500 per day)

    • Coffee cupping experience for CELEBRATE ($1,000)

    • All prices exclude applicable taxes

Logistics Requirements

AMPLIFY & CELEBRATE PACKAGES

    • One 220V outlet with L6-30 receptacle (for espresso machine)

    • One 110V standard outlet (for auxiliary equipment)

    • Both within 15 feet of service area

    • You must confirm power availability before signing and paying deposit

  • Minimum 12' x 12' dedicated service area with reliable Wi-Fi (50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload speeds). We also need vehicle parking within reasonable proximity and access to venue ice machines if available.

    • Events before 12:00 PM: Setup the evening prior (equipment remains overnight)

    • Events 12:00 PM or later: Morning setup with 3-hour access before service

    • We need 24-hour advance access for setup verification and loading zone access for 60-90 minutes

  • Venues must provide reasonable security measures when equipment remains overnight. Equipment theft constitutes force majeure and may result in service cancellation.

Service & Experience

AMPLIFY & CELEBRATE PACKAGES

  • We primarily use QR code ordering for efficiency and data collection. In-person orders significantly delay service as baristas must receive, document, then prepare beverages. We recommend communicating QR code expectations to guests when introducing our service.

  • While we accommodate in-person orders, wait times increase significantly during peak periods. Standard QR code service delivers beverages in 2-5 minutes, while mixed ordering can cause substantial delays.

  • We include oat milk as our premium standard alternative at no extra charge and provide basic ingredient information upon request.

  • Our equipment generates 60-70 decibels (normal conversation level) with periodic steaming sounds. We recommend 30-foot distance from ceremonies or speeches and train baristas on discretionary operation during quiet moments.

Weather & Outdoor Events

AMPLIFY & CELEBRATE PACKAGES

  • Service modifications may be required for:

    • Sustained winds over 15 mph

    • Temperatures below 40°F or above 95°F

    • Precipitation threatening equipment safety

    • Lightning within 10 miles

    • National Weather Service warnings

  • We establish clear communication protocols, backup indoor locations when available, modified service options for covered areas, and shared responsibility for guest communication regarding changes.

  • We include oat milk as our premium standard alternative at no extra charge and provide basic ingredient information upon request.

  • Our equipment generates 60-70 decibels (normal conversation level) with periodic steaming sounds. We recommend 30-foot distance from ceremonies or speeches and train baristas on discretionary operation during quiet moments.
